Our rooms

Built in 1921 and fully reconstructed and refurbished in 2020, Tresillian spans an impressive 2500-sqm corner block in the heart of Sydney’s vibrant inner-west.

Spaced across 4 unique and individually secured wings, a selection of 40 brand new, fully self-contained, private studio apartments are available to suit your needs.

Each of our rooms contain their own individual private bathroom (incl. shower, toilet and vanity) and kitchen (incl. fridge, microwave, stove top and rangehood, pantry).

All rooms are available furnished or you may bring your own furniture.

We have 5 room types available:

Single standard studio

Perfect for the independent single looking for the most economical option. This studio is open-plan, with all the room you need for your own private sanctuary. Available on ground or second floor.

Single large studio

For those wanting the extra space and best value for money, the large studio is our more spacious one-person, open-plan studio with extra room for all the things you love. Available on ground or second floor.

Double studio

Perfect for singles or couples, this room has an extra-large bedroom space, and is larger than our single large studios, to give you and your mate more stretching room across open-plan living. Available on ground or second floor.

Standard apartment

Our super-sized apartments are more separated than our first three rooms, with separate bedroom space secluded from the remainder of the apartment. These are available for one or two people, and only set on the second floor.

Accessible apartment

Our wheelchair-friendly rooms offer easy access and facilities adhering to NSW accessibility specifications. These apartments are extra spacious and are fitted with accessible fixtures and amenities, including custom bathrooms, for safety and comfort. Available on the ground floor only.
