Our philosophy

A love of classic heritage architecture is in our bones.

Established over 20 years ago, Archon Residences is a family-owned and run creator and operator of co-living properties. We specialise in restoring and revitalising significant heritage properties in and around Sydney.

Our passion is in creating an adaptive reuse of, and reimagining, pre-loved heritage properties in need of some TLC. We scratch back the surfaces to rediscover and reveal the intricate magnificence of Sydney’s rich heritage architecture.

Our vision is to breathe new life into these unique spaces and fuse beautiful classic living spaces, with maximum comfort, amenity and convenience.

Our aim is to create a place our residents can call - and feel - home. A place to build connections as part of a small community, whilst having the ease of retreat to your own private space.
